Refund Policy

NEVICT is unlocked via a one-time bank transfer, matched to your account automatically. This page covers when you're entitled to a refund and how to request one.

Always refunded, in full

  • Your transfer cleared but access wasn't unlocked within 24 hours. This is on us: send your bank receipt/transfer time and we'll unlock your account by hand and refund you if you'd rather not wait.
  • You were charged the wrong amount, or charged more than once for the same purchase.

Not refunded

  • Change of mind, or the tool not being a fit for your prep: access is granted immediately and in full once your transfer clears, so it can't be held in reserve or handed back.
  • Any request for time you've already had access to: duration-based access is priced assuming it's used across its full window.

How to request one

Email us with the reference code shown on your profile page (e.g. NEVICT-42) and roughly when you transferred. We reply within 2 business days.
